Trampolining is maybe the closest thing you’ll get to flying. With the addition of twists, turns and somersaults it also the most fun you’ll have while breaking a sweat.

There are loads of trampoline parks across the country where you can try the sport, just for fun, or if you’re looking for your next fitness fix try a group fitness class.

Why is it good for me?

Trampolining is low impact, so it’s easy on your joints, and is a fun way to get active. Group classes are a great way to meet new people and have fun while getting fit.

How much does it cost?

Between £3 and £6 for a three-hour session, but exact costs will depend on the clubs and coaches. Costs for group classes vary, and you can sometimes book in bulk to bring the cost down.

What equipment do I need?

To get started you need comfortable clothes and trainers. Your club, coach or class instructor will be able to advise you on what you need, and provide any other specialist equipment such as the trampoline, matting and safety harness.
