What is it?
Leaping from a 10m high platform is an adrenaline rush like no other.
In competitive diving, the aim is to execute a series of somersaults and twists, before entering the water with as little splash as possible. Points are then awarded by a panel of judges.

How much does it cost?
The cost of diving lessons will vary from club to club, but will probably cost £5-£10 per session.
What equipment do I need?
- A swimming costume
- Diving practice often starts with crash mats and trampolines, in order to develop confidence. For this you will need normal sportswear.
