Disney Dance-Alongs

We’ve teamed up with Disney to create dance routines to help you get active with your kids.

This Girl Can is all about celebrating women getting active, no matter how they choose to do it.  

To get you inspired, we’ve teamed up with Disney and families across England to show you some of the ways mums and kids get moving to the songs they love. 

You can learn their moves or put your own spin on their routine but whatever you do, however you do it, at the end of the day it’s about breaking a sweat while enjoying a fun time together.

Top tips to exercise and have fun safely

  • If unsure about your ability, please consult your doctor or healthcare professional before attempting the exercises in these videos.
  • Follow any specific guidance that your doctor or other healthcare professional has given to you about taking part in movement and exercise, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition or are taking prescription medication. 
  • Make sure you warm up and cool down to prevent injury.
  • Make sure you keep hydrated.
  • Wear appropriate clothing, and ensure that the physical environment in which you are conducting the activity is safe and suitable.
  • Take breaks from the activities as needed and don’t attempt any physical activity which you consider is beyond your capability. 
  • Stop exercising immediately if you feel dizzy, faint or unwell and if these symptoms continue or worsen, consult your doctor. 
  • Don’t participate in the suggested activities if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
