Competition Period: The competition will run from 5pm Friday 4 August 2023 to 11:59pm Sunday 20 August 2023.
Eligibility: The competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over. Employees of Sport England and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter: To enter, entrants must:
- Comment on the Threads competition post with their favourite way to get active.
Prize: There will be one winner. The prize consists of one TGC white t-shirt from the F&F clothing range in the size range requested (between XS and XL). The value of the prize is £12.
Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via Instagram DM within 7 days of the competition closing and will be asked to confirm the address to which the prize should be sent to.
Prize Delivery: The prize will be despatched to the winner's home address within 28 days of the winner being notified.

- The prize is not transferable or refundable.
- Only one entry is allowed per person per competition on each social media platform. Entrants can enter the other competitions on This Girl Can’s other social media platforms.
- The winning social media handle will be also announced on our Threads social media channel. If an entrant has any objections to this or wish to reduce the amount of information published or made available publicly please notify This Girl Can via email ([email protected]).
