A wrestling bout is a physical competition, between two competitors or sparring partners, who attempt to gain and maintain a superior position.

There are a wide range of techniques and counter techniques.

Why is it good for me?

Wrestling is a cardiovascular workout that can help to increase flexibility and endurance, and be used as a baseline to learn self-defence techniques.

How much does it cost?

Wrestling sessions usually cost around £3.00 – £4.00 per session.
